TIP1 - Single Axle Hydraulic Tip Box Trailer

DESCRIPTION: - TIP1 - 1500Kg SINGLE AXLE HYDRAULIC TIP BOX TRAILER.

Hydraulic Tilt Specification

• Single stage ram fitted between the two chassis (the ram will lift the tray up to 45deg.);
• Power pack and hydraulic reservoir will mount in between the two trailer chassis;
• A hand held control unit to raise and lower the tray will be fitted to the power pack;

Trailer Specification

• 525mm high side panels with a swing up / removable tail gate;
• Mechanical Over ride brakes;
• Fitted on the draw bar will be a spare wheel, Heavy Duty Swing up jockey wheel;
• Three New 185 R14 light truck tyres;
• 2.1mm checker plate floor upside down;
•  Undercoated & two topcoats of enamel;  

·          Registered at 1500Kg;

Structural Specifications

·          100mmx50mm RHS on Main frame;

·          75mm x 50mm box tubing braces will be placed on the chassis at 400mm apart;

·          100mmx50mm RHS on Draw Bar;

·          50mm quick release coupling with a 2000Kg rating;

·          45mm square axles rated at 1500Kg;

·          6LF Shackle suspension rated at 1500Kg.
